Apple Mousse
Our fermented tomato spread packs a whole lot of umami into one little jar. Sun-dried tomatoes meet virgin olive oil, celery, garlic and Italian herbs. Spread it on toast, stir it through chopped tomatoes for bruschetta or make it the secret ingredient to your pasta sauce. Think Maggi seasoning, but for tomatoes: a little goes a long way.
