Toast with a glass of Apple sparkling wine and taste our apple mostarda, "Schüttelbrot" crunchy bread, cheese, bacon and apple chutney. We recommend a few spicy accompaniments such as olive oil, herbal salt and apple vinegar. For dessert there are apple rings and our original Ander Dog Cider (2x).
